Jun 1st 2007 10:44AM I would think that LL would want 'common carrier' status but the more they control and specify, the more it's evident that they want responsibility for SL content. The other approach of setting up laws, courts and a process and letting the residents control the operation of the world is the other solution but that obviously is not the track LL has decided to take. They must like dealing with RL lawyers.
