Recovery Pen: Fair Grinds Reopens!

Jun 1st 2007 1:29PM I am totally excited about Fair Grinds reopening! that's so amazingly wonderful and long awaited. I am concerned however, about the inflamatory and disrespectful language used in your article. "freeloaders", "mentally-ill free coffee drinkers" and worst of all, of course, "keeping the psychos at bay" -- reflects a rather disturbing lack of compassion to me. And I don't see a place for a lack of compassion in an article about Fair Grinds Coffeehouse - certainly not when the whole premise of the article is recovery.
