Aug 8th 2007 11:50AM I just can't stand the story line about Lisa dying with cancer. I believe there is so much tragedy in this world and that sadness has affected every persons life. Comics are supposed to be interesting, funny, and relieve some sadness. They used to be called the "funnies" in the old days, because that is what the family looked forward to seeing every day. If Lisa dies, I will no longer be interested in "Funky Winkerbean". I think it is really awful that you would take up such a story in a "comics" section. Believe me I am REALLY upset by your storyline. Lisa has a small child. I know this happens in real life, but why don't you write a book or do a movie instead of creatiang such sadness in the "funnies"?
