Aug 9th 2007 9:37AM The recipe is great, and I'd like to add that the ADA publishes other excellent cookbooks. I have two, "Italian Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutes or Less," and "The New Soul Food Cookbook." They include healthy versions of many popular recipes.
