Sep 24th 2007 12:29AM Its interesting to how Vitamin C may be potential carcinogenic or cancer causing. I have read other sources that indicate that Vitamin C can minimize the effects of free radicals which can contribute to cancerous development. But, I guess it never illustrate the effect of fat on such a vitamin.
