For more logical solution that would appeal to the majority of diabetics out there visit http://www.diabetesresponse.com - a medical alert system using live operators that schedule daily phone calls.

Oct 11th 2007 6:21PM This is a rare incident. I've encountered many stories of cops or security guards running diabetics through the drill. One minute you're shopping at Macy's, the next you're being detained by security in the towell aisle for "acting intoxicated." True story.
