Crazy Sexy Cancer documentary teaches life lessons
The Cancer Blog
Oct 28th 2007 12:05AM I cannot stop thinking about Kris, she has inspired me to be a better person. I do not have cancer, however; I lost my grandmother to ovarian and breast cancer and my biologial mother to breast cancer. She kept it a secret and traveled everywhere to do whatever expect anything that was invasive. She saw her mother suffer after surgery, so she did not believe in the surgery. However, I do not understand because technoloy today would possibly allowed her to still be here today. I lost two sisters and she gave me up for adoption, so I really belive she wanted to go and be with them. However, I have had alot of anger and alot of bad things in my life. But my soul and heart have changed due to this documentary. I am constantly thinking about it! I use her quotes (I do let people know where I stoled them from) e.g., Life is Sweet, Why be Bitter! I love, "Stinking Thinking". I have lived in a fear due to the history of cancer in my family, but Kris has errased my fears. I cannot tell you how much her story has changed me and I cannot stop thinking about it. I check my TV listing everyday, I need to see it again and again. She is unbelievable (sp?)!!!!!
