Don't send flowers with FTD

Feb 21st 2008 10:36AM I had the same issue with FTD this year. I ordered on Jan. 29th and nothing ever showed up. What a joke. After submitting a inquiry to FTD about why this happened, I got an e-mail back (a day later) saying that my order had been auto-cancelled (by FTD, to hide their shame).

I normally use other online florists, but didn't think twice about FTD since they used to be the gold standard (if such a thing exists in flowers). After this year, though, they'll never (really ... never) get my business again.
