A notecard in SL is pretty much an official press release, if put out by a corporate entity. Further investigation of official statements is not required for good reporting; they are supposed to have been so well crafted that no clarification is necessary.
However, everyone who reads his words has learned a great deal, such as how to steal textures.

I believe the front drapes should be pulled snug, forming a slightly crossed V, and then the extra fabric would drape around the shoulders like the back of a narrow shawl, covering the back of her neck to mid-shoulder blade. Not drooping below the belt in front.
