Nov 1st 2007 11:54AM I don't understand the H.264 format for streaming video into SL. The format is nice, but seems best used for high resolution stuff.
I use the Sorenson3 codec, it plays pretty good inworld. I usually shoot 640x480 and smash the vid down to 320x240, reencoding it down with QuickTimePro.

About an Alt

The alt is deployed for camera work on machinima projects. I can direct with one login and shoot with the other.
The alt also comes in handy for another view of building projects.
