Nov 11th 2006 1:26PM Hi
I took my fusion razor to Florida I loved it.
It was so smooth I did not think it was working.
It is pricy. I bought refill blades today
(4) 15.00 I had a 2 dollar coupon.
They were under lock & key no wonder considering
the cost.
I love it though.

Nov 9th 2006 7:03PM I always thought birth control contributed to
the BC of young women under 40yrs of age.
When I was young (a long time ago) I took them
for three years. The doctor told me I had to stop
taking them after that time.
I never questioned him on the reason . I should have. Years ago noone ever asked because we
thought all Doctors were Gods.
I always said they tested medicine for men
a lot longer then for women.
I do think that today (I hope) this has changed.
I believe the drug companies knew this pill
was not to be used on a long time basis.
Since Kristi's dx I blamed birth control pills.
The first thing the Moron doctor said after
saying YOU ARE TO YOUNG FOR BC was stop taking
them immediately.
Pleaseeeeee

Baby after breast cancer diagnoses

Sep 9th 2006 9:23AM I think a lot of BC survivors are very interested
in anyone who has had a child after chemo treatments
and taking tamoxifin.
I did read that Julie Alteer had a baby not too
long ago. I met her at one of the YSC conferences
in Philly. I was so happy to hear from her and
especially the great news that she was pregnant.

Sep 5th 2006 2:33PM I agree w/ Kristi you have to
read what is the best treatment
for you. Everyones addresses
their dx differently.
I believe you should not just take
what the drs says as GOLD.
Kristi's first Dr MISdx her
so 2nd & 3rd opinions are
sometimes needed.
Doctors are not infallible &
Kristi can attest to that .
SHE WAS NOT TO YOUNG FOR BC.
I will never ever take any
drs word again without getting
another opinion.
