Apr 15th 2008 9:14PM this idea isn't really new. I have seen hybrid cars http://www.activehybrid.com with solar panels on the roof that are capable of going highway speeds but at least this thing will conserve energy.

The numbers above represent a small number of hack attempts so the number of hackers is astronomical. Just what do the hackers get out of their mischievous deeds?
