Feb 1st 2007 9:47PM It doesn't strike me as something that would worry LL... I mean, a local sim would be much more efficient for prototyping, as long as your computer can handle it. But of course... it would be completely and utterly incompatibile with LL's asset servers. In other words, things made local would most likely stay local. They were planning on open-sourcing the whole deal, anyway, so how is a premature reverse-engineer anything traumatic?

Dec 18th 2006 1:17PM When I fly, I take off by holding Page Up and sort of jump into flight. Then I land by decreasing my altitude with Page Down until I hit the ground. I don't ever use the flight mode button because I find this is a much more fluid way of doing it.
