Mar 23rd 2008 11:51AM Cycleport/Motoport *does* have the worst website ever! Not only does it look bad, but it's completely user un-friendly. It's a shame, because they make top-notch riding gear. In fact, I'm planning on buying a (rather expensive) pair of pants from them...but it's certainly not because their website impressed me ;-)

What say you? Should Ford sell Fiesta hatchbacks in U.S.?

Mar 5th 2008 4:24PM I think it would be a good replacement for my aging Focus ZX3 =)

(that's a yes, by the way)

Nov 1st 2007 9:02AM I totally agree...if it were half the size, I would seriously consider it (if my budget agrees of course). I'd really like to have a good commuter bike.

Depo to run fashion show with no size 0 models

Oct 11th 2007 10:25AM How the heck is avatar sizing applied to RL sizing, anyway? Most female avs I see are well over 6 feet tall and would be at least a size 8-10, if not bigger. Even my av, which is pretty tiny comparatively, would still be 5'8" tall and about 140-150 lbs in RL, which certainly wouldn't be a size 0.

Oct 9th 2007 3:11PM "As to the comment about the gender barrier in motorcycling that's far more because most bikes are too high and to heavy than because of the transmission."

It's true! I'm a female motorcyclist. I'm 5'4", have an inseam of 29" and weigh about half as much as most guys I know (ok, maybe 3/4 as much...). I don't want to balance a 400+ pound bike on my tippytoes at a stoplight, and no, I don't want to buy a Harley or any other kind of cruiser. The selection of smaller bikes available in the US is abysmal! I have other female friends who are interested in motorcycling but really don't want to swing a leg over a 750cc bike (or bigger) because they're scared of them. And frankly, I can't blame them.

What's left for us to buy is mostly used bikes. I own two small-displacement Hondas, which I love, but I would really like to have a bike that isn't approaching its 40th birthday soon, too.

Mac-Nicholaz client. Old style interface, unexpected, but very welcome frame rate improvement!

Second Life Insider

Oct 4th 2007 3:38PM It's not just the frame rate increase...it's a performance increase overall. Trust me, if you're using the standard LL client and you go to the Nicholaz one, you will notice a big difference. It's a lot less laggy, and much more enjoyable to use.
