Harrison had indisputable graphs and data. Linden Labs themselves admits that only .00232% of residents had a positive monthly cash flow of any level for 2006. Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me.
Kurt's article was probably the worst I have ever read from a MSM that is far too eager to jump on the SL bandwagon.
