As Moriash mentioned, the movie screen is invisble so people who dont want to watch the movie can see the sights. I also made the screen into a big screen by combining two movie screen prims together and aligning them just right for the stream.
The houses on top of the cliff will be for rent once I get one of them automated rental things for it. I'm too lazy though :P
