Mar 8th 2007 4:07PM The article does have a lot of good points and does help explain to a point about age play. Yes in SL their is sexual activities that go on when in a child avatar. I can see a problem with it thou, for if the child avatar doesn't have a payment history on file then it can possibly be a real minor behind the avatar and that can be disturbing.
But for information i do play as a child in SL and i do so because i have no memory of my real childhood. This gives me a chance to be one again but i have been asked many times if i have sex in SL while i am in my child avatar. I ended up putting a note in my profile that one, i do not perform sexual favors when i am wearing my child avatar. Just because i am in groups that do cater to the sexual side don't mean i accualy practice it. I have many friends in those groups that i like to hang out with and just have innocent fun. But now that the Lindens have made open policy on this whats next?? Furries ?? because a lot of people see it as beastuality?? or how about people that do escort work?? thats illegal in most of the world. When does it stop?? the Lindens let the Nazi groups stay even when they do run amok in SL. So Nazi's are better then age players or the rest?? This is my opinion and does not reflect the rest of the child groups i am associated with. But this action by LL doesn't please me one bit.
